Philippe DUME

Philippe DUME is a former consultant from McKinsey and Company where he led many strategy engagements. He has also held various general management positions in the industry.  With Alstom he has successfully led and transformed business units in Romania and Kazakhstan. He was previously in the core team responsible for leading the acquisition and modernization of TMH, the largest rolling stock manufacturer in Russia. Prior to Alstom, he led the turnaround of Impress, a large packaging manufacturer, reporting directly to the CEO. He then set up a subsidiary in Russia through acquisitions and greenfield set up. He has been lecturing for 6 years on business transformation for executives at HEC Paris, a leading business school. He is a graduate of London Business School and the University of Manchester (UMIST)

David BRIGGS

David Briggs has served for more than 15 years in senior management positions in international contexts. After spending 10 years at Wilo, where he transformed and developed the Group Services business, he joined Alstom. Specialized in the transformation of businesses in complex environments, he successively transformed and developed the turbines services business in France and worldwide, and then the Southern Africa area. Then, as a member of the Alstom group’s Human Resources Management Committee, he successfully led the creation and implementation of the group’s new HR strategy. Finally, as Vice-President responsible for transport services business in Europe and Asia Pacific, he set up an ambitious development strategy and overall service activities transformation. He has been teaching for several years at Neoma on the Master’s degree programme in management and B2B marketing.
